I incorporate traditional forms of talk therapy as well as more body centered approaches in working with clients. I specialize in working with women and the LGBTQ+ community.

Currently, I am able to provide Telehealth services to anyone in New York State. I have several in person spots available for those who live in the New York Metropolitan Area. My office is located in downtown Peekskill - one hour north of New York City (off the Metro North Hudson Line).

How It Works


To make an appointment for psychotherapy please contact me via phone or email. We will begin by having a brief phone consultation.

If we are a good fit, our first meeting will be an initial assessment lasting 60 minutes. All sessions after that are 45-50 minutes in length.
