Whatever you are facing, I am with you on the journey. I am a recovering perfectionist and understand first-hand what it is like to feel stuck. I am a therapist, career coach and trauma informed yoga teacher here to help you develop the tools required for living your best life. 

My Background

I have 5+ years of experience in both mental and behavioral healthcare. I draw from a deep understanding of trauma informed and client centered approaches. Practicing from an intersectional feminist perspective, I primarily work with women and queer identifying individuals. I am a Health at Every Size (HAES®) aligned and an LGBTQ+ affirming provider.

My practice is based in Peekskill, New York (northern Westchester County). I offer services both in person and virtually to anyone in New York State.
