It's an opportunity to process how your lived experience has shaped you and to identify how to move forward.

We will have a brief phone consultation to determine if we’re a good fit. This is an opportunity for you to ask any questions about the process and for me to get an idea of what you are seeking. The initial intake session is 60 minutes in length. All sessions are 45-50 minutes in length and take place either virtually or in person at my office in Croton-on-Hudson.
